• d) fulfill your standards/requirements;
• e) resolve any program/software errors.

You clearly and explicitly acknowledge that any material installed/downloaded or otherwise acquired through the use of the services of Optimum Devices is entirely on your own consent and risk. Therefore, you are exclusively liable for and will henceforth waive any and all claims and causes of action regarding any harm to your computing device, internet connectivity, download or display device, or loss of information arising from the download/installation of any such material.
